At Inhotel.io, we empower you to maximize your earnings unlike traditional providers. Our commission structure rewards you not just for hitting sales milestones, but for every sale you make. This means you'll see your profits snowball as your client base grows.

We also go beyond acquisition by rewarding you for client retention. As long as your clients stay happy with inhotel.io, you'll continue earning a commission on their ongoing subscriptions.

Finally, we recognize the value of community engagement. If you have a passion for educating hoteliers about AI, we will financially reward your efforts towards building and fostering the community.  By incentivizing both sales and community contributions, we're fostering a win-win environment where your success fuels the entire Hotel AI ecosystem.

Commission Structure

Our three-tiered cumulative commissions allow you to progress from ~10% to ~30% (model).

Base Commission
  • Incentivizes new customer acquisition, continued sales, and upsell.
  • Applies to all sales orders by customers that you support.
  • Increases with higher monthly sales volume (up to 18.9%).
Residual Commission
  • Incentivizes customer retention and subscription renewal.
  • Applies when customer either extends their annual plan, or their monthly plan for 7+ consecutive months.
  • Increases with higher monthly sales volume (up to 8.6%).
Community Commission

You can earn extra income for amplifying the power of inhotel.io! The Community Commission rewards active contributions that expand the total addressable market for inhotel.io and all our affiliates (hotel advisors like yourself, hospitality thought leaders we collaborate with, and integrated technology providers).

Here's how it works:

Imagine a promotion you'd typically share within your network. By bringing it to the public domain through inhotel.io's community channels, your fellow partners can leverage it, and you'll earn extra money from inhotel.io based on your contribution's impact.

The Process:

  • We conduct a monthly survey where all active partners participate.
  • Partners vote for the top 5 contributors who made the most significant impact within the community.
  • inhotel.io distributes a commission percentage (up to 8%) among the top 5 voted partners, proportional to the votes received.
  • For complete transparency, the partner ranking is shared with everyone.
  • Commissions are awarded to the top 5 contributors for the previous month.

The higher you're ranked by your peers, the greater your commission share (up to 8%)!

Bringing it all together
Your commission increases with every dollar your customers spend with inhotel.io.
For example, with $1,000 in combined typical monthly new and residual spending from your supported hotels, you'd earn a commission rate of 10.9% (6.4% base + 2.9% residual + 1.6% community). At $10,000 in monthly spending, the commission rate increases to 18.6% (11.7% base + 5.3% residual + 1.6% community).
Your commission increases with every dollar your customers spend with inhotel.io.
For example, if the hotels you support collectively spend $10,000 in a given month, you could expect to earn approximately $1,863 in total commission (assuming new purchases and renewals combined, and an average 1.6% community commission).

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

The NDA protects confidential information shared between inhotel.io and you, our valued partner.

  • What it Covers: This subsection explains the types of information considered confidential by inhotel.io (e.g., product roadmaps, pricing models, customer data).
  • Permitted Uses: Here, we clarify how you can use the confidential information shared with you (e.g., for integrating our solution with your client projects).

Sales Partnership Agreement

The Sales Partnership Agreement defines the terms and conditions for promoting and selling inhotel.io's AI solution to your clients.

  • Earning Commissions:  This agreement outlines how you can earn commissions by promoting and selling inhotel.io's AI solution to your clients. It details a commission structure with Base Commissions for new sales, Residual Commissions for customer retention, and  Community Commissions for contributions to the Hotel AI communities.
  • Marketing and Branding Guidelines:  We provide you with marketing materials and brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and professional representation of inhotel.io.
  • Term and Termination:  The agreement is initially valid until December 31, 2024.  Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
