How It Works

Have valuable knowledge to share? Upload your originally authored documents, slide decks, or spreadsheets directly to the platform. If you have podcasts or YouTube videos, you can transcribe them yourself, or we can help with bulk transcription when needed.

You choose how each item is shared:

  • Free Content is openly accessible and helps democratize hospitality knowledge across the industry
  • Premium Content is available only to hotels on paid plans and allows you to retain ownership while earning royalties

For each contribution, you assign the relevant hotel role, such as Revenue or F&B, and set the display title that appears when AI assistants cite your content as a Source.

You retain full ownership of your content. Our goal is not to collect intellectual property for resale or to train general-purpose language models. We provide a secure and transparent platform where you decide what to share, how it is used, and whether it is free or monetized.

Early-access partners have already contributed more than 2,000 expert-authored documents, podcasts, and videos. The largest contributions so far are in Revenue Management, Finance, F&B, and General Management. We are very thankful to all those who have helped lay this foundation.

As the library grows, every new contribution improves the assistants’ ability to provide practical, role-specific, and context-aware guidance.
