We're creating AI assistants, but they need your expertise to truly shine. Each AI assistant we develop starts as a blank slate, eager to learn the intricacies of their specific role. This is where you, a hospitality thought leader, come in.
In return for sharing your specialist knowledge with other hoteliers through AI, our platform enables you to boost your brand recognition through a leaderboard showcasing top-rated experts and amplified customer testimonials. You gain insights into the most resonant content and earn a portion of a customer revenue pool based on content engagement metrics.
If you run an educational or consulting business, you can additionally advertise your paid services, generate qualified leads, or earn revenue by mentoring the AI assistants of your hotel clients.
How It Works
Register and Specify Your Expertise
Begin by registering as a Knowledge Expert and specifying your domain. This will enable us to match your content to the appropriate assistant role, ensuring your knowledge reaches the right audience.
Upload Your Content
Upload your originally authored, high-quality, human-generated best practice hospitality content in the form of documents, audio tracks, and video files, or provide links to your published YouTube videos. Classify your content into the following categories:
Free Content
Consider this your giveaway contribution to the hospitality industry. We will train our AI assistants using this material, making it foundational knowledge and democratizing access for all hoteliers.
Premium Content
Paid content that you lend to the platform while retaining ownership. We will make it available only to hotels with assistants on matching roles and paid Standard, Premium, or Ultimate subscription plans.
Interaction and Attribution
As hotel users interact with their AI assistants and make use of your knowledge (in any language), we reference you as the source. This increases your visibility and strengthens your thought leadership reputation.

Rating and Feedback
Users can rate the usefulness of your content with thumbs up/down. You will have access to these insights through your dedicated portal, allowing you to see how your content is received.

Earning Revenue
When your premium content is accessed by hoteliers, you qualify for a share of the platform's revenue based on engagement and quality metrics. The revenue share is calculated from customer interactions, with higher engagement and positive ratings resulting in greater earnings. Revenue share pools are predefined per customer and content classification (Standard, Premium, Ultimate).
Content Removal upon Exit
If you decide to leave inhotel.io, we will remove all premium content and ensure that the AI assistants forget your knowledge. Your giveaway content will stay on the platform, leaving a lasting legacy and continuing to educate and inspire hotel teams.
