Hotel Operator Sign-up Flow
This guide will walk you through the simple steps to sign up and get started with inhotel.io. The sign-up process takes about 5 minutes. Upon completion, you will have an account registered on the inhotel.io platform, hire our free AI-powered Guest Relations Assistant familiar with your hotel, and be able to chat with it as if you were a hotel website visitor.
Steps
1. Create an account with inhotel.io
Navigate to http://inhotel.io/sign-up.
Google and Microsoft sign-up methods provide a more convenient experience than email.
If you opt for signing up with email, we will send you a random numerical code at each login.
2. Introductions
Like in a human conversation with a stranger, we start by a brief introduction.
3. Hotel identification
To set the right context, enter your hotel name and approximate location, then click the Look up in distribution channels button to retrieve your hotel profile details.
4. Create hotel record
We will verify that you are the initial user from your hotel. If not, we'll coordinate access with your hotel's administrator.
5. Gather hotel insights
We would expect humans applying for an assistant role to learn the basics about your hotel from various public sources, including your own website, right? Well, AI-based assistants are no different. We ask you a couple of minutes while we do our research.
6. Congratulations
At this point you’re all set!
