Partner Sign-up Flow
This step-by-step guide walks you through the InHotel partner sign-up process. Whether you're setting up a new partner company or joining an existing one, we'll show you how to get started and access the Partner Portal to manage your profile and engagement options. The process takes approximately 3 minutes.
Steps
1. Create an account with InHotel
Navigate to http://inhotel.io/partner-sign-up.
Google and Microsoft sign-up methods provide a more convenient experience than email.
If you opt for signing up with email, we will send you a random numerical code at each login.
2. Introductions
Like in a human conversation with a stranger, we start by a brief introduction.
3. Organization identification
Enter your company's legal name and address. Click Look up on the map to verify the address. Ensure these details are accurate for contracts and invoices.
If joining an existing organization, ask your administrator for the correct information.
4. Create your organization's profile
We'll verify you're the first user from your organization and then register your company.
To join an existing company, enter the Company ID (xxxx-xxxx), which your administrator can find on the Partner Home page in the Company section.
5. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
To enable open collaboration and protect confidential information shared between InHotel and you, review and agree to the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA).
6. Congratulations
You're officially a partner!
Click Finish to proceed to the Partner Portal to activate engagement options, customize settings, and manage your knowledge base.
