Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from your account settings. Changes will take effect immediately for upgrades and at the start of your next billing cycle for downgrades.

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

We want you to focus on getting the most out of our AI assistants and guest service, not worrying about additional charges. InHotel does not charge any setup fees or other hidden costs. Plan prices exclude tax, and the applicable tax for your location (Sales, VAT, or GST) will be added to your bill by the payment provider during checkout.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Can prices increase with new features?

As our AI Assistants continuously learn and expand their capabilities, their value to your hotel will naturally grow over time.

While we may adjust pricing in the future to reflect this increasing value, you can lock in today's price by choosing our yearly plan for a 20% discount or securing the future with our Lifetime pass. Think of it as hiring an exceptional employee for life, whose skills constantly improve without additional costs.

This approach guarantees long-term cost certainty while providing access to the AI assistant's continuous development.

Referrals

Help your friends in other hotels and treat them to something nice at the same time. By referring up to 5 hotels in any given calendar year, both you and the friend hotel can each earn:

  • A $100 discount on the Finance Assistant renewal to an annual plan.
  • A prepaid Visa card or an Amazon gift card to celebrate increased efficiency and improved guest service.

Under which conditions can I participate in the referral program?

All hoteliers who sign up for the Discover, Standard, Premium, or Ultimate plans can refer other hotels and earn our generous bonuses.

Are there any limitations in terms of what I can buy using the gift card?

While we encourage using the gift cards towards celebrating increased efficiency and improved guest service with your team, they can be used to purchase anything available on Amazon.com or other platforms, subject to their terms and conditions.

You can find inspiration for gift card usage through the inhotel Reddit community.

How can I use the referral discount on my renewal?

The discount can be applied towards this Assistant renewal to an annual plan.

Discounts stack, meaning if you successfully refer 5 hotels, you will receive the discount for each renewal for the next 5 years.

Why are you limiting the referral slots? If I use up the 5 invites, can I get more?
